This is the worst company to work for. They treat their employees terribly and make it seem like they are doing you a big favor. People leave all the time. When you are hired you are basically told not to give refunds and how to get around helping their customers. I've worked in customer service for over 9 years and I can tell you -- stay away from these terrible people and this terrible company.
