Very clean facilities, professional service, and easy to move things in and out
When we returned to remove our items, without being asked John told us that we should use the loading dock, which made it much easier to load the truck we were using to transport the rest of our items.

We underestimated the quantity of items we were planning to store in the POD for our move to NC, so we contacted Liz Romeo who was VERY helpful (and understanding), and we quickly secured a storage unit at Westy-Wilton.
The facility was easy to get to, navigate within and the A/C in the middle of summer was a much appreciated and comfortable benefit. The carts used to transport our items from the convenient loading area all worked incredibly well.
Westy's has been amazing. When we moved out of the area for eight years, we trusted Westy's to take care of our belongings. Communicating with them, even from overseas, was always easy. Their staff is extremely courteous and thoughtful and went out of their way to help us. Their units and the entire facility are clean and extremely well-maintained.
