Great company. Arrived at our house on the same day that we contacted them to quote us for the job as we didn't think that our new pup would be able to get through the deer fencing. Jim Hatch gave us a good price for covering 3 acres and our little dog Rosco now has no intention of legging it on us anymore! The installation was done very neatly by Tyler and today we had some additional wiring put in in an area that we had forgotten to mention. The installer, Dave got here on time and sent us a text to confirm that he was nearby. When we asked for the invoice, we were told there was no charge! They were recommended to us by a very established dog grooming parlour called Sudzy Pup in Tewksbury NJ and they have been in business a very long time, use the most modern technology and boast a 99% success rate. That was good enough for us!

I was sent a survey about our latest dealing with Canine Company and I wrote a comment in the survey. I will cut and paste it here:

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They refused to return to fix a break in my dog fence without my purchasing $1000 of new equipment from them to replace the perfectly good equipment I already have.

I almost ALWAYS avoid giving 10s because there's always room for improvement. However, when I got to this question about how to improve, I honestly can't come up with anything.

The person who came to install was excellent.

Thank you for the excellent service you all provided. I've been a longtime customer of your company because you guys always go far and above the call of duty. My fence covers five acres and we had multiple breaks in the line recently so Aaron Churchill came on a hundred degree day and fixed everything! When he was finished I asked if he had flagged the line to which he said no, but that he would happily do it for me. These guys truly care about their customers! Thank you

We have had this invisible fence system around our properties for a very long time, close to twenty years with virtually no problems. That is until the beginning of August 2017. We have two new dogs that we got on the system, with new collars in March of 2017. We didn't really care at the time but now we care more, the trainer was some what inattentive and a little lackadaisical. We got over that, just happy to have our pups safely inside our yard. I changed the batteries in May, and when I went to change them in August they were already dead, this has literally never happened to me before. The batteries usually last long after the 3 month period they tell you to change them in. I call, I speak with a super pleasant woman who apologizes and sends me two new courtesy batteries. Now, we are at the end of August 2017. The collars are blinking red, indicating a low battery, however the batteries were only in the collars for less than a month. I called the store on Saturday 8/26/2017, to which they tell me I can either send my 7 month old collars away for a week, and be with out them as they are fixed, or I could drive the atrocious 3 hour round trip to Wilton, to their store to have them fixed, or I could pay $139 to have a service technician come out and fix them. After getting off the phone and stewing a little while that I am left with only these options for my collars that are under warranty, and less than a year old, I decide I'll call back Monday. Here we are Monday 8/28/17, I call, I again explain the issue, that I am 8 months pregnant and NOT driving to Wilton, I will not be without my collars for a week and I am most certainly not paying $140 for them to come fix something that we bought only 7 months ago. The individual on the phone was unable to pull up any of my records, then miraculously was able to, then told me in what I perceived to be a fairly snarky voice that "we will send someone out for free as a courtesy this time, but there should be a service charge," he then comments on how old the collars are, and I had to remind him that they were new collars and he said "if that is the case, then the technician will be able to replace or repair them"... uhm if that is the case? Are you kidding me. Not the way I feel a customer for so many years should have been treated. Also it is not MY fault that the collars are having issues after only 7 short months. I am currently waiting for a call back about the technician's availability to come out to repair or replace our collars. I am wondering if they call will actually come.

Our dog Kaya and we have completely benefitted from the Invisible Fence for the past few years and we are very grateful for your company to be there for us. I HIGHLY recommend Canine Company. Complete Solid 100% great. Thanks!

The person who originally came to sign us up was absolutely wonderful. She explained, in detail, everything about the fence, the costs (REASONABLE!), the options, the benefits, the process, etc. EVERYTHING. She made the entire first part of the process streamlined and comfortable.

The person who trained us was the best of the best. He actually was the same person to come by this week. He was great. Training was meaningful and memorable. Everything he predicted was accurate. He really knows dogs' behavior. And he definitely shows he cares.
