I have been a loyal customer or Wilton River Cleaners for about 2 years. After my experience with them today, I will not be giving them my business. I brought in a silk blouse last week and when I went to get it today the sleeve was nearly torn off and there were about 3 to 4 stains all over the front and back of the shirt. The employee's reaction to the problem was appalling. She tried to make their mistake out to be my fault because of the "wear and tear" the shirt had been through. She was rude, unprofessional, and apathetic. I DO NOT recommend you bring your business to this dry cleaners. What an utter disappointment.
