Nice wash but they didn't spray off the car before washing which is a great way to scratch the paint. Long wait.
Been an unlimited "The Works" wash member ($63.80 after taxes/month) for a little over half a year now and have to say I'm pretty happy with the service. Splash does a great job of giving you what you pay for and should since $64 bucks a month for car washes is pretty pricey compared to some of the other unlimited programs around the area. The difference with Splash is everything is done by hand and the attention to detail by the employees is pretty good. Overall, I'd like to see the prices become a better value in the future but I'm very happy with the service provided. Car always comes out looking absolutely brilliant! Thanks guys
Not a great experience. Got upsold an "express" carpet shampoo that I didn't realize was $32! Then figured, oh well, might as get it done. Was told it would take 10 minutes and it took 30. Exterior was just "ok". $61 for a car wash that is just okay it not okay in my book. Been here a few times, likely won't be returning.
Broke a piece off my side view mirror and hid it with black electrical tape - during a simple oil change. Heard similar experience with a friend. Check your car over carefully before and after going here!
Excellent job but not sure if I would frequently use a $23 basic wash.
