For biking, I have depended on them for buying advice, fitting and tuning. The quality of work done on our bikes has been great! Their tune-up is second to none. I had my CAAD10 tuned their recently and it has never shifted better. I took this to 'Ride the Rockies' and did not suffer any missed shifts or any mechanical issues.
While I was assembling my CAAD10, I went there to have my bottom bracket put-in as well as have my fork assembled.
Wonderful place! We go to Outdoor sports for our biking needs in summer and our ski needs in winter. Our bikes (growing family of them) are tuned here and our little kids have also bought their bikes here.
great service and great products definitely worth a visit
Nice bike shop with a very pretentious atmosphere. The staff seem unwilling to answer questions or discuss technical aspects of the products unless it is clear they will make a sale. I walked in with a technical question about a mountain bike and felt as if I was inconveniencing them with a simple question, to which they basically told me to go away and ask someone else. I found them to be unprofessional and rude. If you want to buy nice stuff at MSRP, and know exactly what you are buying, you'll be fine. But if you expect friendly staff to answer your questions fully without the obligation to buy, avoid this place.
They are a true 'LBS'. I had to ship my bike out through bikeflights and as we were not going to be home for pickup, they provided me with a location from which the bike would be picked up.
This is our local toy/fun store and we are truly lucky to be close to it.
We rent skis from them for the season and have changed skis during the season to try out a different style.
The folks at OSC were super nice today, helping me get my old Thule ski rack added on my car, free of charge! A big shout out!
